It’s my works do tonight, so it depends on wether or not I’ve still got my job on Monday, but in off to Sunny Newhaven, with a load of Adblue that I picked up from Kings Lynn on Friday.
So apart from the Lucky Gits who are off until the new year, where are you off to on Monday ?
Leeds reload Morley Monday and home, up to Scotland Tuesday (hoping the hoodies I saw last week don’t try and break into the yard, and my motor again) reload Spennymoor and back Weds, not sure theres a lot to do Thursday.

It’s agency work in general, you have to take the rough with the smooth…
To be fair the client cancelled me, and the whole reason they use agency.
Three loads of crushed tarmac from Ducklington to Croughton on our 8wheeler. My four year old son is coming with me aswell so that’ll be fun.

So I’ve been told, a trunk run from Feltham near Heathrow to Birmingham, in a newish Volvo 44t artic, for a paper company. Haven’t driven an FH before. Earliest start for ages (5am). Three days, and as they’re moving, that’ll probably be the only three days as I won’t be travelling to their new depot for 5am starts, however nice the trucks.

Office haven’t decided yet. Or if they have, they haven’t told me. Now I know how an agency driver feels. To be fair, even if I know on Friday, I’ve forgotten by Monday. But it’s only going to be some building sites and some TP depots around the South somewhere. Passed Cat C last Feb. Think I might do Cat C+E next Feb…

New depot isn’t in Birmingham; it’s in Farnborough (the one near Aldershot). Still too far to travel for a 5am start.
5am start, down to Wembley , then House of Fraser (MK) then round the corner to Amazon Ridgemount.

I’ll rock in at 0600, pick up ma trailer for North Manchester, handball off, back to Bradford empty.
That’s it -no second run. Hopefully get sent home early and see you next year.
