Big sign smashed. On a straight road. Trees killed. Less co2 getting turned into co2. ■■■■■■■■. Cmon. Was a calina wagon
Smashed to bits.
Noone then. Driver looked 60’s. I passed him 1min afyer it happened i guess. Hope hes ok.
My memory isn’t the best ( yes I’m 61 ) but I remember a mate running off the road at mark ham moor , lot of years ago , I’m sure there was a r/0 there or am I remembering Blyth( a1 ) , he came off , demolished a lamp post etc , wrecked the lorry & got a way with a sneezing fit , I’m sure they knew he’d zzzzzz off , but couldn’t prove it
I once had a cup of coffee go down the wrong way , there was coffee all over the windscreen , steering wheel , me , I couldn’t catch a breath , coughing , what a ■■■■■■■ state , I never crashed but I’m not sure how
Hopefully chaps ok , could be 101 reasons why

Nice of you to pass on your well wishes on here rather than stop and check at the time…
Clear as mud this ? . Anybody wish to clarify
I’ll be honest & say over the years I’ve seen plenty that have run off a1 into fields& I’ve never stopped , some even had lights still on as I wondered what the hell it was as I came up/ down a1 , maybe I should of stopped but I never , I’d not be much good as not good at sight of blood & no medical training
I did once take a dog I hit in car to vets , got a phone call from owner thanking me , dog was put down though , shame
I think it’s best summed up by when I fell out a trailer at Asda , the other driver just kept shouting , ■■■■ hell , ■■■■■■■ hell , it about sums up us drivers , we’re not cut out to be medics , best left to those who know what there doing , I was fine , more embarrassed than anything , but if I was dieing , I don’t think a driver just shouting ■■■■■■■ hell , ■■■■■■■ hell was going to save me

If others are stopped I don’t, but if something just happened it is my moral duty to stop and at least try and help.
I am crap with blood and stuff too, did a first aid couse but can I remember what to do, no. however I can dial 999 and they will instruct me. Surprisingly your head is in a different place and the blood and stuff I didn’t think about; until later.
I really don’t see how people who just sail past an accident that just happen live with themselves.
