Who are they?

On Thursday on the A1/A14 I say four or five real nice looking motors, Scania V8’s and a Volvo FH, dark blue metallic with all the extras, pulling containers to Felixstowe. But they had Irish plates, and one or two had the initials ‘JFH’ on the headboards.

Is this a Northern Irish outfit a long way from home, or are they based locally?

John Hogan from Felixstowe, his yard is next door to the Routemaster. Theres no Irish connection, just personal plates. He has also got a few (maybe 4 or 5) R cab 580 4x2 Scania Toplines with no writing on that are on Belgian plates, cant remember if theyre black or the same mettallic blue as the ones you saw.
