As above. Not marked Police and a stripe on side but No dayglo. Drivers didn’t appear to have any uniforms

Could be Fire, Police, Ambulance, Bomb Disposal, Mountain Rescue (maybe not on the A17), Forestry Commission Firefighters, Special Forces, Human tissue/organs/blood, Mine rescue, Atomic Energy authority.
