No, but it is a daft thing to do at 62mph on a bend with oncoming traffic on the road.
It’s not as if he was using his hands to make coffee or eat a meal or anything sensible, he was just being an idiot for the sake of it

The motorcycle video was staged but the 2nd biker got it badly wrong

What a breathtakingly moronic display of potentially lethal “driving”. No hands on the wheel = a criminally low degree of consideration for other road users (and his own) safety. The mere fact that this amoeba tried to play it down should have significantly increased the severity of the courts judgement, and I feel that a 12mth ban was derisory. Id at least make him re-sit his test & empty his current account just to give the ar**hole a wake up call. Ive known some fine people who`ve been wiped off the face of this earth by ■■■■■ like him, and it just makes my blood boil.
A tyre blowout, deer or such like making a guest appearance or sudden steering link failure while he`s reclined like that would very quickly demonstrate just how much control/response time he had at his disposal.

Prob right there dude (post was fuelled by anger over lost comrades, and I freely admit that I was only aware of a 12mth ban being imposed, which I thought was ludicrously inadequate.) I hope he struggles with it if that`s what is lined up for him. Hopefully, his next insurance quote will make his eyes water and force him to get a grip (preferably on the steering wheel!) I just have zero tolerance for such a wilful and immature attitude to road safety. Sh*t like that all-too-often claims innocent lives.
