NewLad:
The Rotherhithe tunnel northbound used to marked up as 13’4", for some reason TFL decided to drop it’s safe working height to 13’0".
Can you not take the A100, then pick up the A11, M11, A14. Not sure if we can legally use Tower Bridge though.
Width restriction through Rotherhithe is 6’6", Tower Bridge is OK, restricted at 18t, but wouldn’t want to be stuck in traffic there if it is a morning run, Woolwich Ferry is fine, so would the Blackwall, restricted Northbound at 13’1", just don’t take the rat run through Greenwich from SE1, that is 7.5t limited as you come to the Maritime Museum stick to Old Kent Road and the A2, just be mindful of the timed weight restriction if you go via the A200 (Jamaica Rd, Lower Rd), that is 7.5t limited during certain times of the day, alternatively go the “long” way round via the A2 and Dartford.
This may well be too late and you are stuck in traffic on the Southwark…

Ignore me I’m talking rubbish! For some reason I put Rotherhithe tunnel (whatever that is lol) when I was supposed to put blackwall tunnel

Probably a bit late now, but what about the Woolwich Ferry. Nice little Cruise then up the North Circ’ to the A12.
This is what id do, the easy option .
Never overlook the Woolwich Ferry option. It’s just so good to get 15 minutes or so to relax, you can even stretch your legs. Probably pays havock with the planners’ sattelite tracking gizmo which is a bonus.
