Looks like M40 northbound between j4 & j5

I was thinking M40 north too, but a bit further along, at the bottom of Stokenchurch Hill between J5 and J6.

But, If you’re heading North / North West, you wouldn’t have the sun directly in front of you.

Could be M5 Southbound between J14 & J15.

Looks a bit like the M3 southbound just after Fleet services between 4a and 5?
