salaried o/t■■? whats the shift lengths etc?Salaried for 48 hrs a week, o/t only on days off as you’re salaried through the week, I’m guessing it’ll be Mon to Fri as it’s an ambient depot, not sure about shift lengths as it’s a different depot but probably wouldn’t be pushed hard, ours are roughly 10 hrs but obviously get good and bad days but won’t be planned for 12 + hr day.
New units every 3 yrs or less either Actros or Volvo, Culina do run dead straight but just do it their way and keep your head you’ll get left alone.
Not sure about nights out . HTH.
and your having blokes openly leaving at Avonmouth due to what ■■

Nozza, Raunds mate, they hadn’t got my application so sent it again and got to ring them again tomorrow. Possible an interview.
Raunds is run by Dunstable . and they go thru more drivers than chatham
Talking to a downtons driver today and he reckons the raunds depot was taken over by downtons and the drivers are leaving because they are now on downtons terms and conditions

We’ve only had a few leave and there’s lots of work about and people do tend to think the grass is greener etc etc, and as I’ve said before agency staff cover is sketchy so we are looking to take more drivers on.
Oh and 2 have left purely to do agency work as they wanted more freedom plus the rates have increased a little.
From what ive read i would go with Cullina.

Why does having an hours pay docked grate you?? Surely you stop for an hours break each day!!! If not then you’re a ■■■■ foolI did stop but they are many that didn’t…and that’s where the issues are with it,if some do it they push others to do it.

Culina all the way, hands down, no brainer.com
If you don’t mind working weekends take the 4 on 4 off. Once you’ve done it a couple of months you’ll wonder why every job isn’t like that. Never feels like you’re at work and by the time you’ve had enough you’ve got a “long weekend” off again.
A friend off mine as just started at cullina and loves it and I’ve just started back at downtowns and love the job as well horses for courses
