Which company?

Hello .
I am working at the moment in co-op via agency. Job is nice but money ■■■■. (There is no possible to work on contract now).
Before I worked in dpd. Long hours, they pay 1.5 for overtime after 40h.
Do you know any companies which pay on contract basic salary plus overtime is 1.5rate where I get at least 800f per week after tax, agency pay the same.

What do you think about ir35? Does agency will pay more for drivers because most of them working now as ltd company?

You want an job talking home 800 so you need a job paying 1100 to 1200, good luck with that

You need to wind the clock back to 2001 to want to be paid in French Francs.

No. Agency will pay the PAYE rate. IR35 is happening so your choice as a Ltd driver is to go on PAYE with the agency or sit at home on no pay. Agencies can still use you as Ltd but they would take off tax and NI before they paid you but agencies don’t want the hassle so it is PAYE or bye-bye see ya later.

Given that most agencies only pay £1/hr more for Ltd it’s not worth being Ltd. On the contract I’m on I found out that the drivers on PAYE are actually on £2.91/hr more than Ltd when you include the 33 days holiday pay and employers pension and that has been the case since April 2020. We’re still on 28p/hr more if you ignore that.
