Stobart, XPO basically the big company only downside is you will get a assessment and since your new your reversing will be ■■■■ which you will fail your assessment.
My advice join a agency get experience, good thing about agency you dont get assessed so you will learn everything the hard way downside very prone to making errors.

Im quite fortunate in yorkshire, ive found 3 companies so far that will give me a job if I pass the assessment drive. One of which I did today driving a class 1 tipper. I passed and have been offered a job. Though im waiting as I have 2 more assessment drives in a couple of weeks, both of which look promising. I passed my class 1 22nd January but have been emailing and contacting many companies in yorkshire. Most do require 1-2 years experience but there are some that will give newly qualified a chance. You do have to be good and confident at driving though especially with reversing. Good luck in your search, dont give up
