Oh yes, it is the very best part of Albania without a doubt, Skanderberg Square is where all the government buildings are and where the tourist coaches are directed…
Less than 200m away there are parks and attractive fountains, all very modern and expensive, but overrun with street kids begging for a few spare coins!
