Well theres only a handful of British motorways long enough to have a J16. The M1, M4, M5, M6, M8, M25, M62(60) and A74(M). The only one of those that is 4 lane at its J16 is the M25, so M25 J16 is my answer.

the m8 is also a 4 laner at junction 16, but its not the m8 int he pic as i would know as i used to come off at that junction 4 times a week to go see the ex lol.
