I have an opening for a driver but cant seem to find the right place to advertise where do you all get the best results?
i have advertised in the job centre, all i got was people who had to attend an interview so that they could keep their benefits, i have also advertised in the local paper, much better results than JC, as in, people who apply from paper advert are people who actually want a job
i have found that the best policy at the moment is reccomendation from current drivers.

Based in Sussex Needs C+E and preferably ADR but can help with training for that. Varied work all over UK very little RDC work mainly Agricultural and a lot of high profile Show and Event work.
