It ain’t no layby or scrap of land though, but it is a very well known rest area, and the reason the rozzer cars have their plates blacked out, is because the plates may well let you know which force it is. However, I’m 99% certain that those who have stopped here, would know the blacked out sign above the VOSA car.

Just out of shot is the cafe. I pulled in for a 45 last week fancying a full english, and the Vostapo were in there. Luckily our agency customer is 100% legit so no worries there then.
