My friend Andy Duffy said I could post these, but we were wondering where it was taken, I looked up the dealer Hollingdrake, and they had dealerships in Stockport, Manchester, Colwyn Bay & Prestbury.
Hello Dieseldog, that looks like Stockport Town Hall at the back of that last photo. Hollingdrakes used to have a place on Cheetham Hill Road, Manchester. These photos were taken in 1959 and 1965, courtesy of The Manchester Archives and if your mate Andy ever delivered here he might remember that it was just up the street from The Boddingtons Brewery.

Definitely A6 Stockport, remember the garage well. And the other photo is Cheetham Hill Road Manchester, Strangeways prison chimney in the background.
Definitely the bottom of Cheetham Hill Rd. Manchester. Under the road bridge to the left is Manchester Victoria station.
The other giveaway is the Strangeways tower in the background!!!
If you turned left at Hollindrakes,past the now MEN arena,Boddingtons Brewery used to be on the right at the lights,oh happy days!!
