Im racking my brains as to where Ive seen those council stickers on the bins, is this a seaside resort ?

Not Southport, or by the sea. Inland and up.
Half the town is in the process of being renovated/built up, it’s a right ball-ache having to go there.
Bin stickers…haven’t really noticed which contractor they belong to but water should be depicted on them.
