That does look like under Spaghetti at Gravelly Hill Martin. You beat me to it! 
I’d say under the M6 at Junction 5 Castle Bromwich.

Was on water street birmingham I could see the BT tower from where I was
incase anyone interested
I knew that cos I did the same flight of locks back in April, took a very similar photo to that one too.
Was somethink different to the normal pics
