It reminds me of Bala or Vyrnwy but the main roads don’t have crash barriers there. I suppose it could be Llyn Celyn but that too doesn’t have a long flat stretch. The crash barrier is the key thing with the stone wall behind it.
Plus, if it was Wales wouldn’t it have ARAF next to SLOW?
