A while ago again

Are we looking at somewhere outside of the British Isles and possibly outside of Europe here??

Quick stab in dark…New Zealand ■■

I think its Ireland but not sure where, Dublin maybe?

Think you could be right martin I retract my last post about NZ, I couldnt think of anywhere else in Europe that drives on the left apart from Malta and I knew it wasnt there.

Cant be Malta, too much grass, and they drive in the shade :unamused: At first I thought Cyprus, looks like the old Limassol bypass but they dont have bus lanes!

Definitely the South of Ireland!

its ROI ,

wild guess…Sligo

Clue
the garden of ireland stands on the south horizon

Somewhere in the south Dublin/Naas area?

To be sure your getting warmer , Jaysus id thought the irish drivers would have it recognised the route particulary if they were running while they upgraded the M50 to freeflow !

I think you’re somewhere in the Tallaght area but its a long time since I was last in that neck ot woods and its changed a lot

Not quite at Tallaght be a couple of miles away , not yet at newlands cross

OK you’re on the R113 at Cappagh.

So I was right over a week ago when I said near Dublin!

[I must try harder]! :unamused:

Fonthill rd nr Lucan/ Clondalkin. Straight over the roundaout at the very end, bypass Clondalkin village. Bewleys Hotel and Newlands cross right in front of you! :sunglasses:

You got it guys , yep lone wolf r113 thats clondalkin coming up , big vern you’ve obviously driven it going by yer accurate description . Yeah its Dublin county

It’s 500 yards from my old house. Used to walk my dog in those fields over the wall, next to railway line. My daughter still lives there. I was there just before Xmas.

well no wonder you were accurate , i used to work out of greyhounds yard on crag avenue for dave mcabe & john bermingham we used to be on for walsh western, so iregulary run along there plus it was on route from liffey valley my fav shopping spot

Ah Liffey Valley…Best place in Dublin for fandango!
