The dictionary definition of “parallax” is: “the apparent displacement of an observed object due to a change in the position of the observer”
As I, the observer, have not changed position, I don’t think that this phenomenon can be described as parallax.

Fair comments Inselaffe, so my next guess is that it might be called “convergeance.” BTW, that’s a total guess.
