It says Pearce Transport, Arrington, Cambridgeshire…

OK, maybe not so easy, its not South Shields, Immingham, or Birkenhead…its on the East side of the country and they have built a big bridge behind me a few years after this photo was taken. :wink:

Sorry guys I was out for a few days…Mushroomman got it right.
Its Cliff Quay Ipswich (opposite side of the river to West Bank North Sea Ferry terminal).
