Just noticed the vintage vehicles in this picture the scanny was new and loading handball new potatoes for the UK anyone know the year and the make of the car i supose where am i is a bit over the top maybe ,have a go at the country

The car number plate looks French, with what looks like the two numbers that signify the department at the end?

the car is a old peaugot (cant spell) but cant remember the model number.
