As the title really where can you stop for a 30 min break between Dartford and Maidstone on the m2/bluebell hill (the slip road back onto bluebell hill was already full. I have had a naughty boy mark put on my tacho as I went over the 4.5 with out a full 45

Medway services is only another 4 miles past Bluebell hill on the M2. It only takes about 20 minutes to get back to Bluebell hill again after doing a 180 at the next Junction or you could go into Maidstone via Detling hill.

The thing about Kent…
Is there is almost nowhere to park. The few lay-bys still left un-bulldozed (it’s just a matter of time and they did it on the Darrington Donny section of the A1) are usually full of flip flops having 9/11/24/the week off. When I do Kent, I plan my breaks where I’m tipping. I’ll have a 20+ minute break at Dartford services, do the delivery and then park up for 30+ minutes and go again with a clean shift.
Farthing services or what ever it’s called now, is frequently full to bursting and an absolute dump anyway.
Where abouts to have a 30 minute break? Seriously?!
And where abouts where you planning to stop on the slip road, the hardshoulder or the live lane?
Try Dartford, ffs

You mean on the northbound ?
you have one coming off the north bound turning for Aylesford Eccles wouldham and there is one on the southbound just after the chatham slip road. it used to be the slip road on from the upper bell by the crematorium. There used to be one on the southbound slip road opposite the northbound one but gone now although I have seen several lorries parked on the white hatchings where it used to be. The one off the slip road just after the petrol station heading for tyler farm is gone as well

If going south bound take the Aylesford slip past the pub on the corner lay-by on the RHS . On the disused slip south I have seen tickets issued there same with parking where the old parking was
