Where to wire a lo-bar on a Volvo

I’ve just fitted a lo-bar to one of our volvos where is the best place to wire it up to?

when you say lo bar, do you mean the one on the bottom of the bumper with only the LED lights?

if that is the one, just take a feed for the LEDs from the main sidelight feed in the headlamp unit

be aware though, LEDs have a positive and a negative, they only work wired one way round, so, if you wire it in and they don’t work, swap the wires over :wink:

Depending on the volvo it may not work!!! as it may poss need a little trip onto the laptop to tell the computer in the truck its needed extra currant from one side etc esp the fh some can work straight away and some wont!!!

Run the wire up the back of the lower grill, then up to the blanking grommett under the ac unit, next to the electric box on the near side. Feed it through the grommett, that will take it into the panel in the ns foot well. Take a feed from the body builder plug on the circuit board. Leave enough excess two core for tilting the cab
