Where to get brick edge/corner protectors

Has anyone got any recommendations as to where to purchase these? I can’t seem to find any companies in the UK.

…scroll down a bit…

Sounds like the heavy duty ones would be best for the bricks, more expensive, but a legitimate business expense…

:sunglasses:

for the cost you could really just make em a lot cheaper

Cheers guys, and you’re probably right about making my own but unfortunately no time because I’ve left it far too late :frowning: :frowning:

Cargo stop, they’re only a couple of quid each!

If your in desperate need, try and find some good thick cardboard from them type of boxes that are stapled together, should get you by.

I would have thought a chat with your local brickyard (ibstock etc) would either come up with options of where to buy or if you’re nice to them maybe even a bag of freebies… (or they might even sell you some and at the quantities they prob buy in at should be cheaper than what you can find)

There was a thread started some time ago nick about this, some of the brick lads came up with some ingenious ways of making there own protectors,I think some of the steel lads had some good ideas too…I on the other hand have carried neither.

Try the RHA web shop for the plastic edge strap protectors, the blue dearer ones are the go, the cheaper ones degrade.

Spanset web site as well, the plastic LAWI have superseded the Ali angles & are used for restraining two packs with one strap.
