Seen these recently on Volvos. There fixed to the grille and come down at a slant. Poor man’s diagram below:-

The lights are like flashing marker lights like youd find on a heavy haulgae wagon or wide load etc but instead of flashing they just stay on all the time. Checked CDC but dont think I can see them…
Anyone?
if they don’t flash, you could just fit Hella LEDs, or any other make is also available 
Hey Nicky ive never actually seen them close up, just driving by, and thought they looked nice, but yeah it must be along those lines but in orange as oppose to white.
try the local motor factors they stock all that and at least if it goes wrong you not got far to go for a replacement and most of em will take cash
