Where is this roundabout? [Solved by Lonewolf]

OUT OF HOURS WHERE AM I ?

Does anybody know where this roundabout is please?

Here are some clues:

I’m standing at the end of a bridge that crosses a railway.
I’m looking directly at an “A” road that has two digits.
There is also a river to my left.
If I turn around, I can see a football stadium in the distance.

I’m much further South than all the answers so far.

The car on the right of the picture has joined the roundabout from an “A” road that has 4 digits.

More clues…

Swindon is far enough South, but I’m over to the West of Swindon.

I’ve now realised that if I turn around 180degrees from where I took the pic, I can see two football stadia.
