Looks like they’re heading into a tunnel with a bridge/flyover above. The girder bridge to the left implies another crossing of some kind too. Is that a blue motorway sign on the flyover?

Haha,yes,they were around Hammersmith mainly but went as far as Brent Cross.

I thought about that too, had a quick look on streetview, didn’t come up with anything 
It does look like the westway ,if you look at the shape of the bridge supports,but what about the bridge on the left?

It might be Westbourne bridge or the one parallel to it.
Yes,it is,I realise now.That bridge goes over the railway tracks.I assumed it was over the Thames.Also,it’s not a tunnel,it’s just an underpass
It does look familiar. Sometimes used that route when visiting the mother inlaws at Maida Vale. That was 20 odd years ago so its probably changed a bit by now
