to me its a flatbed transit van not a truck or a lorry.
to me anything 7.5t or over is a truck .

Must be using the Americanism of “truck”, well mostly Texas region where a pickup is a truck. So by that standard this is a huge truck. Looking at that pic, it seems the car behind them has blocked them in and the car park.
