None are easier or harder than others but those with their own test centres will be more relaxed as you already train there and speaking of that … see the forum sponsor link
PS - did notice you posted the sae post 3 times
Gloucester had a high pass rate as the old test centre was inside a weight limit so for exam purposes they didn’t worry about weight limits. They have since moved outside of the weight limit but use the old rule, add to that the lack of low bridges on routes around the new place i think they have still have a high pass rate. The new place is owned by a local trainer so if you go with them you will practice the reverse in the test centre yard.

Not an up-to-date table but it showed Gloucester’s lowest pass rate per month was 50% and their highest 88.9%. Obviously without knowing how many people took the test during that period the stats don’t mean alot.
National figures: Years are based on financial years.

2009/10: 46,426 - 23,876 - 51.4%

Those figures probably include all LGV PCV and B+E tests and do not state what first time passes are for each centre

Still, looks like Shetland 81.8% and Isle of Wight 100% are better ha
i thought that there is somewhere in scotland a island that has the highest as it only has 3 roads but not sure.
I see the sense in not taking a test in a city centre. But anyone taking the test should be able to cope with moderate traffic. I always consider our test area to be straightforward but there are still instances of folks getting it wrong. All things are relative.
As ROG said, if you choose a trainer with their own test centre (we had the first in the UK) it’s more relaxed and you will have practiced on the reversing area during your training.

If you find an ‘easy ride’ for your test then there is a danger you will be unleashed onto the roads without adequate testing of your skills to be competent and safe. In that regard it may prove a costly strategy in the long run, as you may find yourself unprepared for what the real world will throw at you once you’ve got your licence.
Better to set your bar high and achieve that, then life is less likely to bite you in the bum…well, not quite as hard anyway.

Frankly if you’re driving is so bad that you’re prepared to travel to any part of the country to find what you think may be the easiest test centre you shouldn’t be on the road.
Eastern Europe or wherever the agency drivers pass at, judging by the standard of them
Agency driver showed me his licence a few weeks back. Apparently (can’t really verify it) but he was picking in a UK warehouse on the day he passed his class 1 - in Kraków
