Ok - what you doing after Wednesday?

Im on a four weeks of,so i Will probably on the beach :sunglasses:

quiet week up until now, made a few calls and the result is that I either ship out saturday driving this:

or head out monday driving one of these, a lowride twin-wheeled tag

work is tramping finland-sweden-norway and that’s what I’ve always wanted to have a go at, winter in the north.

5 day runs to France (from Belgium) this week…

4 done. 1 to go

Kauritel has one of the nicest equipment I have seen from Estonia and drivers don’t seem to be underpaid either.

But I was quite angry on a driver last year in November. He loaded up at the same place in Tromsö before and on e8 the last hill before the border to Finland this guy managed to get stuck. No problem with that but it was evening, snowstorm and this guy laid under the truck with his legs sticking over to the other side of the road putting on chains. You just don’t do that on the main road. Passed him with 30cm clearance. (~6% hill weighing 47t), you just don’t stop in the middle of the hill if there is room to pass and ā– ā– ā–  you are almost passed him you see 2 legs sticking out :imp: Didn’t even see a safety west on him, like begging for the life to end

But good luck on the trip and don’t be afraid to use the truck when the winter arrives. Remember to turn of TC in the hills, your worst enemy + well greased 5th wheel

yup, the equipment is good, money pretty good and I’m sure I’ll be making some stupid mistakes this winter as well, pahoittelut etukäteen
