I believe that is a 1945 Scammell Showtrac originally owned by a fairground operator Henry Studt from Swansea using the registration DWN766 & chassis number 6032
If it isn’t the original it is a bloody good replica.
Of course I am basing my random wild guess on the name of it. “His Majesty” was the first of only 18 Showtracs to be built
