I think Rog is about right it looks like woodhead where windle edge joins it. So I assume windlw edge is the road your after.

I have to agree with knight.
In your first pic, you’ve just come up quite a long steep hill, just after Dunford Bridge and you’re on a road called Windle Edge.
In your second pic, you’ve come to the end of Windle Edge and crossed the A628 and looking back at Windle Edge.
How are we doing so far?? 
as other’s have said, a628 woodhead !
