And that building is too good to be on the site of Roker Park anyhow, and my uncle owns a shop near the old place in Fulwell.

It is indeed. 
The next clue would have been the old signal box in the foreground which was on the railway line used to ferry cars out of the plant.
Behind me is the only bit left that is owned by the Chinese which have recently started up production.
And despite what you may think about Rover, how sad it is to see part of our great Brirtish industry ending up as a college.
