It’s been some years since I was down there but is it Darro on the road from Iznalloz towards Guadix? Parking one side of road & blinding little restaurant on the other? If not then at least I just had a top nostalgic moment :smiley:

No,James-nothing racy I’m afraid.It was more about getting there than the hotel.Briefly,I was following Dafydd down to Madrid,as I’d not been there before.It was his plan to stop at Medinacelli,but he didn’t tell me!!.I was bloody hungry,and he kept telling me ‘Only 10k to go’ then ‘Oh,sorry-wrong place-no restaurant’ We’ll be there in 30mins.etc,etc.By this point I was getting extremely radgy and kept threatening him with all sorts of dire consequences if we didn’t stop soon.Then- Right-that’s it!! This is getting parked in Madrid tomorrow and I’m flying home!!! When we got to Medinacelli,the gitbag could hardly get out of his cab he was laughing so much.I’m sure he’ll tell you about it when you meet up again :imp:
