When one parking space simply wont do

Yawn… wgaf?

I used to regularly park in supermarket car parks when having a break between jobs. Once a bod came over and said " customer parking only!" he shut up when I showed the 2 bags of shopping I had just bought there.

It is exactly how I parked for the Weekend in Dundee. The supermarket was open 24/7, across the road was a fuel station and a KFC, no one could block me in when I got the call my trailer was loaded in Michelin I was often parked up with a Brit European lorry doing the same thing.

It is called forward planning

That’s one of ours

And I know the driver.

That’s almost exactly how I did it last week whilst shopping at Tesco at Willenhall, the only difference, I was in the disabled bays and had a trailer on, iirc I took 10 spaces :open_mouth: :grimacing: .

I am assuming you are joking, but it’s not particularly funny! If you’re not, then lets hope you never need them yourself when you are not in a truck!

No I wasn’t joking :open_mouth: , but if you’ve been to Tesco at Willenhall there are 30+ disabled parking bays, it wasn’t busy apart from the trucks at the top end and there were lot’s of other bays available (all types) and nearer the entrance, I chose where I did for a clean getaway and so as not to inconvenience other shoppers. As for needing them when in the car, I could quite legitimately use parent & child spaces, but I figure if I’m going to walk 1/2 a mile up & down aisles I can cope with an extra 50 yards in the car park.
