For example generally on the front and centre axle the wheel nuts have a chrome/stainless rim covering the protrusions.
Is it legal to have those stupid spring type locks on and leave the nuts and studs sitting proud.

in Austria is it a regulation that you must have the Rim which covers the Nuts
