A bit more research found this Wheale Bros of Swansea Surrey Dodge circa 1950. Driver Jack Lloyd, outside the Lloyd Bros house in Killay. The Lloyds were hauliers in their own right since the 1920s and regular drivers for my father Tom Wheale. The long-distance business was lost in Nationalisation and Tom went on to form Killay Transport with the Lloyds doing shorter distance until he got the company back in 1953
