Shade is what everybody calls me , sorry boring answer
Mine is what all my other usernames on other forums is and has been, the story behind it, when I was 12 or 13 or so and got a hotmail email account, I thought it would be hilariously funny for it to read as though I lived at the email address, hence it being garnerlives@hotmail.com and garner is my surname and at school we all called each other by our surnames, we werenât inventive enough to come up with proper nicknames!
I was sorting some tachograph charts when I registered at Trucknet, couldnât think of a username so I used what was in my hand ⊠well it could have been worse
mine comes from school i had the nickname lug for years the 84 bit 1984 the year of my birth

Valhalla awaits us weâll drink the blood from your skull.
Ten points to the first person who can identify the song and the artist!!
Mine is my old AM C.B. handle.
I used to be into motorbikes, then I met my wife and she refuses to ride pillion. When we needed to fit central heating in the house the bike was sold to pay for it (at the time it was a Triumph T140E Bonneville, but I have had a good selection of others too) as it was sitting in the garage and not being used as much as it should have been. I sold it to a mate who still has it, only now it is worth a â â â â sight more than he gave me for it! Now all I have is a little puddle-jumper of a scooter which I use for getting to and from work.
When things go wrong and the wheels come off, everyone looks for me

When tâinterweb first got going my uncle, my father and myself all registered with globalnet. My uncle was the first of the family and his name was Lyndon Dunley. He was known as Lyn, and registered as lyndun@globalnet etc. My father is raymond - raydun and I am Gareth - gardun. The username has stuck despite the demise of globalnet (I think). Pretty boring really, but it has done for a good few years now

If youâre born in Wales and your name is David you get called Dai. There are many of us, so to distinguish a second name is added. I once owned a truly horrendous pair of trainers when i was a teenager which i wore til they were falling off so i became Dai the Dap. Which then got shortened to Dai Dap.
Mineâs pretty self explanatory, I work on the Highway and iâm a man
My real nameâs Ethel.
if we get historic
In Norse mythology, Valhalla (from Old Norse Valhöll âhall of the slainâ[1]) is a majestic, enormous hall located in Asgard, ruled over by the god Odin. Chosen by Odin, those that die in combat travel to Valhalla upon death, led by valkyries. There, they join the masses of the dead who have died in combat known as Einherjar, as well as various legendary Germanic heroes and kings, as they prepare to aid Odin during the events of Ragnarök. Before the hall stands the golden tree Glasir, the hallâs ceiling is thatched with golden shields, and various creatures live around it, such as the stag EikĂŸyrnir and the goat HeiĂ°rĂÂșn, both described as standing atop Valhalla and consuming the foliage of the tree LĂŠraĂ°r.
Valhalla is attested in the Poetic Edda, compiled in the 13th century from earlier traditional sources, the Prose Edda, written in the 13th century by Snorri Sturluson, in euhemerized form and as an element of remaining Norse pagan belief in Heimskringla, and in stanzas of an anonymous 10th century poem commemorating the death of a Eric Bloodaxe known as EirĂÂksmĂÂĄl as compiled in Fagrskinna. Valhalla has inspired various works of art, publication titles, and has become a term synonymous with a martial (or otherwise) hall of the chosen dead.
