Coming from a different angle, for me it’s the M6-M74 between lancaster and Glasgow. Dead boring. 3 hrs of my life I’ll never get back every time I use it
Of course your entitled to your opinion but i struggle to understand it, i’d much rather drive on miles and miles of pretyy much empty motorway than sit on the 62 for example through them roadworks every time, the a1 is a nice route home but again if you get stuck behind some prat doing 40 that to can become very boring.
How can anyone get bored through that beautiful countryside?! I love driving up that road.
and I get paid to patrol it!

Not sure about the worst, but the best for me is the bit on the M6 just a couple of miles south of J38 with the hills beside you and where you sometimes loose your radio reception. I just love the scenery at that bit. Gets me every time that bit.
that’s the bit with the small woodland that looks like a pubic mound. Think it’s actually meant to be in the shape of a love heart, but my mind is in the gutter.

Everyday junction 15 Stoke on Trent makes the radio traffic bulletins,look at the slip road on the north and south exits or entrances,they are too short,no distance for acceleration.
Why is it slip roads get re marked out shorter like m1 j25 southbound and the new cobham services ?
Worst for me has to be the M6 thru Birmingham.
Most boring is the M4 from Reading to Bristol!
