What's the best way of renting out our fh12 tag?

Our FH12 Tag axle will be surplus to us until the new year. To cover costs we want to rent it out on a weekly basis. We can cover services and tyres etc or can strike a deal if anyone is prepared to do servicing themselves for example. We’ve never done this before, can anyone offer any help or advice or maybe even want to rent it from us? Thanks alot. Its a 55 plate and has done 480k.

I think the whole reason they’re renting it out is that they don’t have any work for it…
