Double duvet lie on half and cover yourself with other half.
sheet and duvet is the more preferred method these days

i favour this method 2
hey guys its just really for an overnight stay in the wagon cant be assed lumping my duvet to work with me lol
buy another one, they are usually cheaper than sleeping bags, and easier to keep clean
I’ve got a duvet type sleeping bag from Go Outdoors and it’s a lot nicer to sleep in than my regular stuff sack sleeping bag. Usually have a regular single sheet on the bunk under me anyway, feels better that way…

much easier to keep clean too, 2 sheets, two duvet covers, one goes to work, the other goes in the wash.
Yep, double duvet, easy as anything to keep clean, just instruct your woman to take the cover and pillowcase off and pop them in her washing machine at the weekend and job’s a good 'un. Sleeping bags tend to be made of synthetic materials, soon start to smell and need very expensive dry cleaning.
If you can’t say no to a sleeping bag then go to GoOutdoors and get a double one. I always use a double when camping, more room and tend to be nice and warm too. Pretty sure they machine wash aswell?
Edit - buy a huge fleece blanket too for the winter
Deffo go for the duvet, sleeping bags are murder for drawing the sweat out you and it makes it feel more homely
i prefer to leave the bag sleeping at home, dont want her in the lorry

Emmmmmm Im not that big
Ahhh, a cue for us older ones to put you young uns right!
NOTHING beats a good lump of sacking and a few old newspapers.
warm, comfortable (ask any tramp) and disposable., and you can read the newspaper if your lappy fails etc.
(also does away with the need to carry bog rolls)
Folded double duvet, but mite buy a king soon.
