Whats It All About

What is it with people feeling the need to take photos of other peoples misfortune ? it seems when ever you slip up theres some ■■■■ taking a photo on there phone i understand the need to rake a pic if your involved in an accident but just randomly taking photos is just being a ■■■■ btw no i havent had experience of it , its just an observation anyway with that off my chest i feel better now and breath …

Cracks me up, all the people that record concerts etc on their phone, it’s like, why don’t you enjoy & fully concentrate on the moment rather than faffing about with your “device” recording it.

It’s just the fact that everyone has a phone with a camera now. Couple of years ago someone jumped in front of a train at Erith station. Horrific sight, but so many people were filming/taking pics :open_mouth:

Wow, would have liked to have seen that.

Don’t go putting yourself in ‘misfortunate’ situations in the first place & it won’t happen to you #simples

Shame one of them didn’t dump the phone & try to talk them down.

I think that is disgusting people should be ashamed of that sort of behaviour if i seen that i think i would have to tell them so

Me and my daughter went to see Beady Eye last year and she took some great pictures with her phone as we were near the front, even some of the videos she took were pretty good too, I doubt very much that she wishes she didn’t have those and I know she really enjoyed the gig too

Thanks Darb for a sensible post and your daughter has something there to treasure for the rest of her life.
For the negative posters don’t you realise every photo can turn into a bit of history. And as for bjd to refer to anyone with a camera as a ■■■■ is childish and stupid try growing up before you hit the keyboard in future. Eddie.

Alfie?

Wow, would have liked to have seen that.

having seen it on several occasions whilst employed by the railway i can assure you you wouldn’t as it stays with you forever

bjd I can read and I understood perfectly well what you were on about but the fact someone takes a photo of a mishap can lead to the photo being used to help others not to get into the same situation. Anyway it still doesn’t warrant the person who takes the photo being called offensive names. Eddie.
