If you buy Jersey, or Channel Islands Milk, usually called “Gold Top”, you’ll find more than enough cream on the top of that. Failing that, add a small tub of single cream to a pint of milk. However, for this to work you need to use a milk jug. Not very convenient if you’re using an in-cab fridge.

That either means that they turn it Gay or they Boil it, Steam it, Lazer it, wrap in in Bandages, Filter it & Generally Process all the Goodies out of it now, just so we don’t drink too much of a good thing ?
Ahh, I just love the Nanny State [emoji57] [emoji480]
The dairy’s these day sell more skimmed & semi-skimmed these days so all the cream is removed, then it’s pasteurised ( which just means the milk is heated to 65 degrees C for 30 mins & allowed to cool ) then they add a set amount of cream back so that every pint is uniform

Don’t worry ladies & gents he’s here all week
Reminds me of a line in Benny Hill’s Ernie.
“Do you want it pasteurised, cos pasteurised is best.”
" she says Ernie I’ll be happy it comes up to chest"
