Yeah they may as well just take a percentage of the BBC licence fee and do away with the sickly thing.There are lots of people out there with more cash than brain cells; Why “pledge” £x to hear Take That when crap radio stations like Heart play their crap 3 or 4 times a day.
I don’t mind the pledge £x to hear a song, its more the likes of Radio 2, with their auctions, and the bids getting up into silly money, people bidding £25k+, while the rest of us mere mortals wouldn’t have a hope in hell in having that kind of money, and if I did I certainly wouldn’t waste it on the crap they auction off.
