I would set aside a few mil to help close family and friends. Then donate to a few charities. Set up and finance a local youth project for ten years. Use about 40mil to build houses, then sell them to first time buyers for cost price. Always fancied one of those grand design houses, got a strong vision of what I want. I would open a ford rs heritage museum. Do a property ladder, and refurb some houses then let them out. Might set up a truck stop. Few nice cars. Invest a little for my kids futures. Holiday homes in Spain and Florida. And then I’d buy an fh16, send it to be air brushed and then have the interior re done, and just work a day or two a week
