If their running bent shop them. Why should others do it on the straight and narrow so they can be undercut and ultimately ruined by these cowboys. Ultimately everyone suffers if you don’t let VOSA know. 
And for those who take the ‘I don’t do grassing’ line. Ask yourself this; if you leave and one of your ‘over his hours’ mates kills somebody how do you feel then?

Well the decision has been made and I have just completed my last set of four shifts and I am due to take the holiday days i am entitled to next week, I will not be returning to the Job and have told the gaffer my reasons for doing so…After a lot of chuntering from him and a veiled threat of withholding my week in hand money if i did not work the week in hand…I had to tell him in no uncertain terms that would not be good for anyone concerened for a variety of reasons .
So a weeks holiday and job hunting again a pain in the arse but there are more things in life than money.
Many thanks for all the feedback in the poll and at the moment I have taken option 1 with the oppurtunity to move to option 2 if he trys to rip me off.
Sensible decision in my opinion, good luck with the job search.
