I watched to the end of the vid waiting for the landy coming back up the hill on the front of the truck.
What a disappointment.

Looks like the artic coming up the sliproad had to take some avoiding action 
Motorists like that just think they can drive how they like and the rule’s of the road don’t apply to them, complete idiot
