The fact you’ve already sorted another job says that you’ve already made your mind up… When i handed in my notice at my last place they offered me my own decent truck, gave me a scotch trip that week (was considered the best run) and as many nights out as they could give me, but told them i dont go after a new job as a threat or to get my own way… To little to late as far as i concerned.
Sounds like you’re a wanted man. stay put and take the money. you must be doing something right.

I have to ask, how many nights out do you have ?
I’ve no idea whether you should stay or go, but from the sound of it I would have gone 7 or 8 weeks ago.

Sorry, didn’t make it clear. When i started they gave me a truck which is not a night out motor and I have been waiting for another truck. Not had any nights out in 2 months so the back dated money is for the nights out i would of had! Decided to stay now so there is a job going at Unitruc!!
