What....... Solved in 3 mins by Extrucker

Is the place called in the distance I’m taking a picture of on a beautiful autumn Sunday morning?

York?

HOW THE HELL…

Wolfie will be ■■■■■■■

Ken.

 York racecourse, York Minster and Terry’s Chocolate Factory could be a giveaway!

And my wife just loves that Fashion Outlet on the left! Grrrrrrrrr

I was a few minutes too late :imp:

I was having a much cancelled hot air balloon trip this morning, on my way to 6000 feet up.

The views were breathtaking, and I have further pics on my phone, but this was the clearest.

If anyone saw a red Virgin balloon south of York at around 8am this morning, I was in it.

Ken.

Thats Fulford Road in Y…oh bugger

Actually I’m not sure I’d have got that straightaway. There’s quite a lot of high ground around York (I know I live up there) but your vantage point makes it look a lot flatter than it is which had me confused as I can see the Minster and the wheel by the Railway museum.

I wasn’t sure at first because the Minster did not look big enough, but I thought as you travel East on A64, you past racecourse, then as you go further, the Minster comes into view.
Also, whilst coach driving, we drove for Paul Robinson’s wedding when he was Leeds goalkeeper and his farm was near to there and we come over bridge, you could see Minster in the distance.
